Many of the resources you find will be ready to go out of the box, including everything from readings to videos to assignments. Other times, you will need to remix items from different sources to make sure all your learning objectives are met. This may include creating your own assignments or assessment tools to make sure that students are achieving learning outcomes. Your campus's Assessment Committee may be able to provide guidance on crafting formative assessment tools. Likewise, when you are revising and creating new materials, follow a consistent model for instructional design. The ADDIE Model is helpful.
