Want to write a Novel? Join us for an information session on National Novel Writing Month, or NaNoWriMoNaNoWriMo, started in 1999 and is a yearly challenge that encourages participants to put ideas down and start writing! For every day during the month of November, thousands of participants are sitting down to write about 1600 words. By the end of the month, the goal of 50,000 words is reached, and a novel is written! In fact, there are several books in our library that started as NaNoWriMo challenges! Check them out today!

This year the MXC Library is a "Come Write In" space for NaNoWriMo. A Write-in is a space for people to get together for real world support during the challenge. Join us virtually on November 1st at 2pm for an introduction to NaNoWriMo, and start writing your novel! Register for the Zoom Link.
