Print, Copy, and Scan in the Library

Printers in the library allow students to print for free up to an annual allotment of 500 pages. You can choose single-sided or double-sided printing, as well as black-and-white or color printing, to fit your needs. Our printer can also make copies and scan documents.

To start printing, you will need to pair your student ID card with your uniFLOW account. See the sections below for more information and instructions.

Printing from a Library Computer and ID Card Registration

1. Log into a library computer and your CCC student email. In your student email, search for a message with the words "Your UniFlow Online PIN code." This email contains your unique PIN code, which you'll need to release print jobs at the printer. Keep this PIN secure.

2 Open the file(s) you want to print. Go to "File" and then "Print." Choose the “UniflowStudentPrinting” printer from the list of available devices, if it is not already selected. Review your document’s formatting and paper size before printing. Click “Print” to send your print job to the print queue. Your documents will not print until you manually release them from the printer.

3. If prompted to log in to UniFlow, choose "Continue with CCCStudent" and enter your CCC student email and password.

4. Go to the library printer and tap your CCC ID Card on the card reader. Then, on the screen, enter your PIN and select "Register Card." You have now registered your student ID card.

Forgot Your Card? If you forget your card, you can still access your print jobs using your unique PIN.

5. To release your documents, tap your ID card on the card card reader. From the “Home” screen, select “Secure Print”

6. At the printer, choose the documents you want to print, or select "Print Jobs" to print everything. After collecting your prints, log out by tapping "Log Out" in the top right corner.
